Hosting, domains and third-party services are billed at cost on your monthly invoice, or you can hold the accounts yourself. Either way, they're in your name.

Because hourly billing punishes you for my learning curve. We agree the scope and the number before anything starts; changes are quoted separately.
What if I want to leave?
Take everything. The code, the database, the domain and the accounts are in your name, and the handover pack explains how it all works.
How do you charge for changes?
Small things are covered by your care plan. Anything bigger gets a written quote with a price and a date before I start.
